The Federal Ministry of Finance wished to provide a platform for data sharing amongst all Federal Finance agencies in the Federation

What We Did

• Designed and developed questionnaires which were distributed to all 11 stakeholder agencies;
• Conducted interviews and site inspections to collate data on hardware and software infrastructure at all eleven agencies; some of which included the Central Bank, Federal Ministry of Finance, Debt Management Office, and Office of the Auditor General of Nigeria.
• Performed a “Gap Analysis” and developed an implementation plan and roadmap to ensure that all the objectives of the IFEMIS project are met.
• Conducted a market survey of technically competent vendors and made recommendations to the client.
• Established the training and human capacity building requirements and needs to the various cadre of staff at each of the stakeholder agencies.
